1.RESERVATIONS IN SHORT TERM RENTALS
Please fill in the reservation enquiry form on our web site and forward it to us.
2.AVAILABILITY
You can check availability on every apartments calendar by clicking on "apartments name" and afterwards on "check availability" right below the price. For any further question please contact us.
3.CONFIRMATION AND PREPAYMENTS
We need to receive an advance payment of 25% plus 16% VAT of the total costs in order to guarantee your reservation.
Payments can be made by Bank transfer, (understanding that any transfer costs are carried by the client and we receive the net amount).
On receipt of your payment we will mail you a reservation confirmation as well as the full address of the flat reserved and any other pertinent details.
The remaining 75% of the total fee is payable (cash only), when checking in.
4.CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made:
- More than 30 days before your arrival: 50% of the prepayment is refundable
30-20 days before your arrival: 25% of the prepayment is refundable
Less than 20 days before your arrival: no refund possible
5.ARRIVAL
Check in is usually at 4 p.m.
However if necessary we can arrange an earlier or later check in.
Please be advised that check in after 9 p.m. or before 8 a.m. will incur an additional charge of 20 €.
We ask you to call us one hour before your arrival to avoid unnecessary delays and to enable us to offer you a better service on arrival.

6.DEPOSIT
In order to cover any possible damages in the flat a refundable deposit of 200 € is payable in cash on arrival. For long term rentals deposit varies between one and two months rental. This will be returned to you on your departure provided that nothing is damaged.
7.DEPARTURE
Check out on the day of your departure should not be later than 11 a.m.
8.CLEANING
We make sure that the flat is in perfect condition on your arrival. To do this we charge a cleaning fee of 30 to 50 € depending on the size of the flat.
9.NUMBER OF GUESTS
When making the reservation you will specify the number of guests, according to the capacity of the flat requested. This number must not be exceeded unless previously negotiated with flatsinbcn.
10.FLAT RULES
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBOURS
Late and loud parties are not allowed.
If you would like to bring any pets please arrange it with us in advance.
Please take care of the furniture and the flat contents, and make sure that the flat’s front door is locked every time you leave the flat.
